It all started in a pool in Tempe, Arizona. 29 years ago, a teenage lifeguard taught a single swim lesson and a dream was born. That dream has since become SwimLife, an organization dedicated to providing high-quality swim lessons to people of all ages and skill levels. Parent & Tot Class
This Parent & Tot class is designed as a baby’s first introduction to swim lessons and gives caregivers the opportunity to bond with their little ones in the pool and help them adapt to the water. At this age, babies are beginning to develop control over their bodies, and infant swim lessons create confidence when handling your baby in the water.

This is the first class for children to begin swimming without their caregivers in the water. This class is designed for children 2.5 years and older to become comfortable and confident in the water.

Advanced
The Sharks swimming class helps children develop their swimming techniques, creating efficient swimmers by fine-tuning their swim strokes.

SPECIAL NEEDS AQUATIC PROGRAM (S.N.A.P.)
Our Special Needs Aquatic Program (S.N.A.P.) is designed to create lessons tailored to each child’s special needs and abilities. This class may serve children who have been diagnosed with behavioral, developmental, learning, medical or mental challenges.
