About KidZart Children's Renaissance Center in Burlington, NC

In 1996, kidZart© was transformed into the kidZart© Children's Renaissance Center. We offer a wide range of activities to encourage creativity, exploration, and learning, such as art classes, drama classes, horseback lessons, tennis lessons, fitness classes, and even tutoring. We understand the importance of family time and strive to make our programs and services as accessible and affordable as possible. We work with local vendors to negotiate group rates and pass these discounts on to our customers. We also offer transportation services to help our families get to and from their classes. For the last 25 years, kidZart© Children's Renaissance Center has been the premier afterschool and summer camp program for Burlington and Alamance County. We are dedicated to providing as many student instruction opportunities as possible to help our working parents, and we are committed to making our services accessible and affordable for everyone. Our goal is to help you reclaim your family time and provide your kids with the enrichment opportunities they need to succeed.

Programs at KidZart Children's Renaissance Center in Burlington, NC

AfterSchool

kidZart© is an AfterSchool Program for grades K through 8. kidZart© follows a 4-hour, 4-month schedule. We are open during the school year for less than four hours each day (Mon. - Fri.) & we are open full-time for less than four months out of the year. We are not affiliated with, nor do we operate as a daycare center. Our school year office hours are from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, from August through May. However, it is extremely rare to actually find someone in the "office." We are usually busy working with the kidz, elsewhere in the building! Our AfterSchool Program includes formal art classes once per week. We offer different classes each year to keep the program fun, interesting, informative & educational for all! Classes run September through May. Classes are required, not optional.

Summer Day Camp

Every year kidZart© strives to put together the most original, fun, exciting, new & different summer camp experience we can imagine! We want all of our campers, those just joining us for the first time, as well as those who have been with us for many years, to have the best summer we can possibly put together for them!

Art Lessons

This course is a 2 week session where kids will create various art projects. The project for each course will be listed in the sign up form. This class will be split into two groups. 2nd-4th grade will have 1 hour sessions and 5th-8th grade will have 1 hour and 15 minute classes.
