At our dojo, we provide a wide selection of martial arts instruction and fitness programs. Our Budo Kai Jujitsu and Isshinryu Karate classes are designed to help children and adults of all ages and abilities to develop strength, coordination, and self-confidence. We also offer Okinawa Kobudo (Weapons Instruction) to those interested in furthering their martial arts training. For our youngest students, we offer Tiny Tigers classes specifically designed for preschool-aged children. Here, children learn basic martial arts skills and practice them in a fun and supportive environment. We also offer After School Care for children who need help with homework or simply need a safe place to go after school. Our staff will help with homework, provide a snack, and offer fun activities to keep them engaged and active.
