Located in the mountains of Western North Carolina, Camp Rockmont is a Christian community that creates an incredibly fun and meaningful experience. Every summer, we serve over 1,400 boys from all over the U.S. and other countries. We partner with parents to provide boys with an opportunity to answer a universal call to adventure and to learn about themselves in a way that only a quality boys summer camp can provide. Your son will have an unforgettable journey at Camp Rockmont! At Camp Rockmont, we create a safe and supportive environment that encourages boys to be their best selves. We offer a range of activities that challenge campers to step outside of their comfort zone and find out what makes them unique. Our experienced staff are dedicated to guiding campers through this life-changing experience. Main Camp

This session is designed to allow campers the opportunity to see their growth week by week as they grow spiritually, physically, and emotionally by taking on new challenges and new adventures each week. Main campers are able to take full advantage of the multi-week progression in skills, activities and the Rockmont Council Program. Campers not only get to take advantage of our incredible 580 acres here on property, but are offered ample opportunities to explore the thousands upon thousands of acres of the natural playground that surrounds us here in Western North Carolina.

Mini Camp

Our shortest camp session, Mini Camp is a way for boys (and parents) to “test the waters” of an overnight camp experience. The structure of this six-day camp program fosters a sense of stability for campers as they rotate through the daily rhythm of camp life. These campers participate in a broad selection of pre-selected skills and activities offered by Rockmont, while gaining confidence in their ability to plunge into new challenges, make new friends, and interact with the natural world.

June Camp

Rockmont’s June Camp offers an incredible 3 week experience. The session is full of skills to specialize in, on-site adventures, and opportunities for trips all around WNC. June camp begins the progression of skill based trips in Mountain Biking, Paddling, Rock Climbing, and Backpacking, as well as a more intense exploration of our in camp skills, like Blacksmithing, Homesteading, and Ceramics. The three week camp experience also offers the space to grow a deeper sense of self confidence, independence, leadership ability, and christian character. Friendships formed during this session can last a lifetime!
