The SGA family is excited to share that we have come a long way since our humble beginnings with just six boys on the team! Currently, we proudly boast an average of over 650 kids in the gym each week, thanks to the unwavering support of our families. Our plan is to continue to grow and expand, focusing on adding locations throughout the Metro-Detroit area. We want to make sure that as many kids as possible have access to our amazing program!

Furthermore, both SGA facilities are entirely air conditioned and heated to ensure that neither your children nor you ever have to worry about the temperature. To make sure that your experience is the best it can be, we are continuously updating our gym for both comfort and safety.

Inexpensive

This is a 45-minute obstacle based class designed to learn basic skills. They will be taught basic skills on all events: Floor, Beam, Bars and Vault. They will also be learning and developing basic listening skills, which will benefit them as their skill level progresses. This is a Co-Ed class.

Bright Stars

This is a 50-minute class designed to help your child transfer over to our recreational program. As such, this class is a modified Boys Instructional Class. Gymnasts will advance their basic skills on all events: Floor, P-Bars, Low Bar, Rings and Vault. This is a Boys Only Class.

 Strong Stars

This class is designed to teach anything and everything a gymnasts wants to learn on floor. The floor, trampolines, and tumble trak will be used in this class and progressions are of upmost importance so all athletes remain safe. This is a co-ed class.

Sterling Gymnastics Academy

My two daughters (2 and 4) adore the staff there; they make gymnastics fun, and Mrs. Victoria is the most devoted and caring teacher a person can meet. We're so happy we gave it a shot. Regular promotions are offered, and the birthday packages are also very nice.
