Fitness Facilities

At our facility, we’re dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for children to gain confidence and learn the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship. Our goal is to arm children with the skills they need to become successful, confident, and responsible members of society. We’ve found that gymnastics and cheerleading are the perfect way to help kids achieve this, while also having a lot of fun.

Our programs focus on building character, commitment, and community, as well as boosting self-confidence and body control. Discipline, responsibility, and spatial awareness are all crucial skills that the children learn, which will be helpful in school and in other sports. We keep our classes small in order to give each child personalized attention so they get the most out of their experience.

Classes are for boys and girls.  
Tiny Hippos (Walking-3 years old)

Tiny Hippos will introduce children to gymnastics in a safe and fun environment.  Children will jump, roll, swing, climb, and balance while learning basic gymnastics skills. Children will develop coordination, confidence, and gymnastics skills on equipment that is just right for young gymnasts. Children will learn to move through each station more independently in order to help prepare them to enter the recreational leveled classes. Ratio 6:1.

Happy Hippo  Preschool Classes

Stuck Gymnastics offers many classes for girls & boys ages 4 and up. 
Recreational classes focus on developing a solid foundation for subsequent gymnastics levels.  Your child will build a solid foundation for success, with our professionally trained staff.  Both fine and gross motor skills, as well as balance and coordination, are developed in a fun, non-competitive environment which simultaneously enhances cognitive, emotional, and social development. Our classes are not only divided by a child’s age but by the child’s physical abilities.  Those children whose physical abilities have progressed beyond the Recreational Program are invited to participate in the Competitive Program.  Our goal is to help your child build a solid foundation to enhance their self-esteem, physical and mental abilities.  Ratio 8:1.

Recreational Classes

Stuck Gymnastics offers several classes for girls & boys focused on improving tumbling ability. 
Our Tumbling class is designed to help improve the tumbling skills of athletes whose activities require gymnastics-related skills.  Our classes are upbeat and positive.  Athletes at all levels are welcome.  Handstands and handsprings evolve into aerials and tucks.  Let us help you elevate your skills!  Ratio 8:1.
