GLAC makes it easy for your kids to both fit into and take part of your fitness journey, starting as young as 3 months old. They’ll look forward to your weekday workout time as much as you do when it means playing in our state-of-the-art Children’s Center. And our indoor pool, backyard sports area, Family Hours, and rock wall offer fun afterschool and weekend to-dos you all can look forward to
