Our gymnastics program offers coaching for boys and girls of all skill levels, from as young as 1 year old. We also provide a number of special event activities, like Flip Outs, Parents’ Night Outs, and Open Toddler Times, to keep your little one entertained. At American Gymnastics, Chesterfield, we understand the importance of engaging young children in physical activities to help them develop important skills. That’s why we offer a comprehensive gymnastics program for boys and girls starting at 1 year old. This class combines strength & flexibility while developing agility and agility and coordination. This class utilizes all Men’s Olympic equipment, plus rope and trampolines. Recommended 8 years & older.

Boys Gymnastics – 8 & older 

American Gymnastics Girls' Instructional program is designed to meet the needs of recreational students from beginner to advanced. Classes use all 4 Olympic events: Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor plus trampoline, tumble track, foam pit, and rope. The program consists of several levels; Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum, to give your child a learning experience specific to their gymnastic ability.

Girls Instructional Classes

American Gymnastics' pre-school programs are designed to meet the needs of children walking through 5.5 years old. Coaches follow weekly lesson plans developed to include skills appropriate for their age and ability. It is our mission to provide an educational, safe, and fun atmosphere for your child to grow. In addition to gymnastics skills, your child will have the opportunity to learn and practice listening skills, taking turns, following directions, and social interaction with other children.

For people of all ages, American Gymnastics is a great place. My family has gone to many birthday parties, fundraisers, toddler time, Friday and Saturday flipouts, and classes. Every event my kids have attended has been fun for them, and the staff is always helpful and professional. I enjoy going because I can relax and watch my three elementary-aged children have a great time while they are expending a lot of energy.
