They come from diverse backgrounds in softball and community service, instilling in our athletes a sense of sportsmanship, respect, and responsibility. 

Our goal is to nurture our athletes’ development both on and off the field. We prioritize positive energy, community service, friendship, and technical skill growth, ensuring that our athletes are prepared to take their game to the next level. The Worcester Union is a girls softball organization, located in Worcester, MA that focuses on skill development and community service.
The Worcester Union is a girls softball organization, located in Worcester, MA. We offer a 10U - 18U level travel softball program, and provide conditioning, skill training, and tournaments, with activities and volunteering. The Union organization, located in the "Heart of the Commonwealth”, is Worcester based, but hosts players from all over central Massachusetts. The Union is proud to provide our athletes with intense skills training and competitive game play. In addition, we believe in building self-esteem and fostering a community-based, giving spirit that will last a lifetime.
