The team name of the Worcester Bravehearts is a meaningful tribute to the brave men and women of Worcester who serve locally and abroad. It is also an homage to the city’s recent fallen firefighters, such as Christopher Roy, Jon Davies, and the six who perished in the Worcester Cold Storage Warehouse fire. The “hearts” component of the name is a reference to Worcester’s nickname as the “Heart of the Commonwealth,” represented in the logo by the red heart and green laurels. The colors and symbols of the Worcester flag are also reflected in the logo.

Summer Camps
Open to boys and girls ages 6 - 12, these week-long camps will be run by the Bravehearts coaching staff and players. Summer camps are planned to take place at the College of the Holy Cross (Fitton Field) unless COVID-19 regulations cause the camp to be moved elsewhere. In that case, parents will be informed as soon as the decision is made, and the camps are fully-refundable. Camp routines and regulations will be informed by the Board of Health.
