Gym Buddies (walking-3yrs)
This 40 minute class is designed to enhance your child’s coordination, motor skills, and social interaction through fun and exciting activities. Lesson plans each week are centered around floor exercise, balance beam, bars and the Air Floor. An adult is required to actively participate with the child. This class is offered to children who are walking-3 years of age.

Preschool Gymnastics
This is the beginning level of our gymnastics program. In these classes, we are teaching fundamentals that help prepare children for the future. A few of the skills we hope your child gains from participating in this program are: taking turns, coordination, self-confidence, problem solving skills, following directions, and working well with others. We teach beginner gymnastics skills and incorporate physical fitness in a fun, safe environment. There are themed lesson plans each week that are centered around the floor exercise, balance beams, bars and the Air Floor

Gym Stars 5 & 6yrs
This 50 minute class is for children in Kindergarten or First Grade. The focus in this program is to introduce fundamental gymnastics skills on all four women's Olympic events. Our Gym Stars class will provide a foundation for continued progression in a fun and positive environment!
