AE is continuing to grow and expand its offerings. Today, they have a full-time nutritionist on staff and are also offering fitness classes for children as young as 5. This has become a great opportunity for parents to get involved with their children's fitness and have fun while doing it! AE's growth over the years has been remarkable. As early as 2008, AE became the official NIKE SPARQ training center for the North East. In 2014, AE invested in state-of-the-art Keiser and Vertimax equipment to give athletes the best possible training. Noticing that parents wanted to get involved in their children's training, AE has revamped its adult program to include Met-Con classes, mobility classes, strength classes, personal training, and open gym memberships. Plus, AE now has a full-time nutritionist on staff and offers fitness classes for children starting at age 5. This makes it easier for parents to get involved in their children's fitness and have fun while doing it. AE is committed to growing and expanding their offerings. With the newest additions to their program, AE provides athletes of all ages with the professional level training they need to reach their fitness goals.

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

Our Athletic Performance Training covers a wide range of programs to meet the needs of any caliber athlete. These programs include Custom Performance Training (High School, Middle School, and Youth), College Training, Team Training, and Personal Training. Our certified team of Strength and Conditioning Coaches come together each season to create appropriate strength and conditioning programs for athletes as young as 8 years old up to professional athletes, which can be coached in a large group, small group, or personalized format.

Physical Therapy

AE Physical Therapy is reinventing the way to go about recovery and injury prevention through the use of cutting edge technology. We are a fully functional physical therapy facility (we accept most insurance plans) that is athlete focused with our primary goal of getting you back to play the sport you love as quickly as possible. We will get patients in to be seen within 48 hours of your request for an appointment. AE Physical Therapy has direct contact between trainers, therapists, and insurance companies so there is no disruption in passing information. Our goal is to make your rehabilitation process as seamless and quick as possible. Whether you are in need of rehab from a major injury or just some maintenance work to keep your training running smoothly, make sure to set up an appointment with AE Physical Therapy (located inside of Athletic Evolution).
