About Hale Reservation - Westwood in Westwood, MA

At Hale Education, Inc., we believe in the power of nature, education, and recreation to inspire us to learn, empower us to lead, and challenge us all to create a world in which people, place, and purpose are united. Our founder, Robert Sever Hale, recognized the potential of the land and its resources for developing responsible citizens, and we continue to honor his legacy through our flagship camps, youth programs, family and community activities, school partnerships, and professional development opportunities. We serve several thousand children and families from 70 Greater Boston communities annually, and invite visitors of all ages to explore our 1,100+ acres of forests, ponds, and meadows in Westwood and Dover, Massachusetts. Our land management practices are guided by our commitment to Hale’s vision, which provides a unique opportunity to reconnect with one another and with the natural world through education, recreation, and exploration. We strive to create an environment where everyone feels safe, supported, and inspired.
