For the past 39 years, Martial Arts Westborough has been a staple in downtown Westborough, providing the highest quality of martial arts classes for all ages and ability levels. Their classes are designed to provide not only self-defense skills, but also focus, fitness, and fun. Parents can count on their experienced instructors to provide a safe and enriching learning environment for their children. The Martial Arts Westborough team is passionate about helping people of all ages and backgrounds learn self-defense, increase focus, and improve their fitness in a fun and rewarding way. Through their classes, they strive to cultivate a sense of respect, discipline, and responsibility in their students. They have been dedicated to providing these services since 1981 and look forward to many more years of helping their students reach their goals.

KIDS PROGRAM
Our Kids Program lessons are designed to instill vital life-skills like respect, self-discipline and self-control within your child. We've created a curriculum that is super-fun so kids can't wait to come to class. Plus, we teach them to focus and concentrate on what's important so they become better at listening and learning.

TEENS PROGRAM
We provide the perfect curriculum to develop great decision making skills so they are prepared to enter the adult world. Often teens are left with the responsibility of learning to make good choices on their own. Villari's provides a structured training system to teach how to avoid situation that produce negative outcomes. What's more, we'll develop the confidence that is central to making good decisions in life. ​

ADULTS PROGRAM
Villari’s adult classes are not like traditional martial arts classes often taught at other schools. Our adult classes are designed to be fun, educational and to help you feel great. At Villari’s, adults are encourage to ask questions during class and our instructors are trained to create an atmosphere that helps students reduce stress and lets them leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
