Lil Dragons 4-5 Years Old
Our Lil’ Dragons classes are a great way for young children to get introduced to the Martial Arts. Focus, concentration, listening, respect and courtesy are emphasized and reinforced in order to develop a child’s basic learning skills.

Teen Classes 8-13 Years Old
Our teen students learn the importance of a healthy lifestyle, a strong body and a positive outlook on life. We teach the value of honesty, courtesy, respect. Our teens have the confidence to say “NO” to negative peer pressure the skills to protect themselves.

Kids Muay Thai 7-13 Years Old
Our fun Kids Muay Thai classes (Kickboxing from Thailand) teach the striking aspects of Martial Arts. Kids learn how to properly use and defend kicks, punches, knee strikes, elbows and clinches
