BeAKid
Superskills H.I. Program
The Superskills H.I. Program is the best comprehensive On ice & Off ice program for H.S./Prep & Junior age hockey players in the area. This intense program is designed for players who are totally committed to reaching their full potential at the older levels. The H.I program begins on Monday June 27th and will consist of 24 on ice sessions & 32 off ice workouts at Roots Athletes. The three weekly on-ice sessions will include power skating, shooting and scoring, competition drills and game situations. The off-ice sessions will focus on speed, quickness and agility along with strength training.

Summer Training Program
Superskills Hockey has designed an exciting program for the highly motivated hockey player. This 8 week summer program will surely get your son ready for the fall hockey season. More importantly, Mario will prepare your son/daughter better than anyone for his high school hockey experience. The Summer training program was modeled after the Superskills HI program. Mario first started this program in 1999. Since then Mario and his staff have helped hundreds of hockey players achieve their goal of playing beyond HS. Many of these players have enjoyed very successful College and Professional careers. The training program is just intense enough to keep the players focused and working hard yet still maintain a degree of fun and camaraderie.
