About Arts Edge Dance Company

Through their positive learning environment, they aim to help foster active and creative minds in young dancers. Their goal is to instill a sense of compassion for the arts and for others within each dancer, as well as to give them the confidence to succeed in their dance studio and beyond. At Arts Edge Dance Company, they want each dancer to gain more than just the technical skills of dance. They aspire to help each student develop a strong sense of self and the ability to use their talents to achieve their goals. TINY STAR
An introductory dance class for pre-schoolers containing ballet and creative movement. Students are introduced to basic ballet vocabulary, while exploring movement and music in a fun, age appropriate, creative way.

SHOOTING STAR
A class for pre-schoolers containing ballet, and creative movement. Dancers will learn basic steps and terminology in ballet and explore their own creative movement styles through the use of imaginative music and games in a safe, positive environment.

RISING STARS
A class comprised of ballet and tap. During the year dancers are introduced to more formal dance technique. This class will lay the foundation for correct, safe and successful dancing in years to follow. Students will expand on the basic steps and terminology from previous classes in ballet and tap, and continue to explore their own creative movement in a safe, positive environment.
