The Ultimate Self Defense & Performance Center, Inc. has been an integral part of the South Boston community for over two decades. Founded with the mission of teaching martial arts to its students, the dojo has grown to include three martial art disciplines, various fitness programs, and community events. In that time, they have welcomed countless students, providing them with quality instruction, personal growth, and self-defense skills. Through their dedication to the community, the school has become the longest-running dojo in South Boston.

 Kids and youth programs are open to all levels. All of our kids and youth programs are designed to promote exercises as a fun activity. Curriculum includes improving self management skills, discipline, listening, and demonstrating cooperation and respect towards others. KIDS AND YOUTH PROGRAMS

In 2009, Head Instructor/Owner of the Ultimate Self Defense & Performance Center, Sensei Andrea Muccini formally co-founded the Boston Judo Club with Sensei William (Bill) Stevens. Together Sensei Andrea and Sensei Bill have fostered the growth of our program from a couple of white belts, to a full group of students, several of which are now nationally and internationally ranked competitors.
Boston Judo welcomes all level of students and also invites students from neighboring clubs to visit our school.

JUDO

The program includes self defense, mixed martial arts, and a focus on fostering self confidence. Participants will earn Ultimate Self Defense gear for attendance and are also eligible to other classes offered at The Ultimate Self Defense Center.
