Kids Program

Every child can benefit from studying martial arts at Carlos Neto BJJ. The study of Capoeira, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, and Muay Thai brings more than just physical rewards; students also develop discipline, focus, respect for others, and goal-setting skills. The emphasis on personal achievement also builds confidence: success is within the reach of every student. Unlike team sports, there are no “benchwarmers” in martial arts classes. Instead, children learn techniques at their own pace. Belt and stripe requirements provide a clear path forward at each level of the training process. In short, CNBJJ students learn self-defense and life lessons while gaining self-confidence, self-discipline, self-esteem, self-respect, and self-empowerment, all while getting some great physical fitness. At CNBJJ, students learn how to respect their parents, teachers, and elders.
