At Erna and Julius Hertz Nursery School, we offer a unique multi-faceted preschool program for children ages 21 months through 5 years old. Our play-based curriculum is designed to promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth within a Jewish environment. Children explore and are exposed to a theme-oriented program that integrates Jewish living and learning. This includes celebrating holidays, having integrated family programs, and an introduction to Israel and Hebrew language.
At Erna and Julius Hertz Nursery School, located in Sharon, MA, we are committed to providing an age-appropriate, nurturing environment for young children. Our program is rooted in Jewish values and traditions, and we strive to ensure that each child is provided with the opportunity to develop to their full potential. Our curriculum is designed to make learning fun and engaging, while also encouraging development of self-confidence and independence.
In our toddler class we learn through exploration and play. We take a toddlers natural energy, creativity and playfulness and turn them into skills they can use throughout their preschool years.
Cubs are exposed to new experiences and materials such as sitting for circle time or painting with sponges. Teachers lovingly show the way to problem solve and give structure to the classroom while still having fun and sharing exciting moments with their students. These experiences are the building blocks to a successful preschool experience.
