    At Winterland, we are proud of our coaches. Our coaches have impressive professional backgrounds, but it is their caring and nurturing personalities that have earned them their positions. All of our coaches have years of experience, gold-medal test credentials, professional ice show experience, competitive backgrounds in ISI and USFS, ISI judging ratings, and memberships in professional organizations. Our coaches are dedicated to helping our skaters reach their goals, improve their performance, and have a fun and rewarding experience.

    Children learn a progression of basic skills to gain confidence, discipline, and knowledge in order to advance to the higher levels of ice hockey and figure skating.

    Learn advanced skating drills from the top professionals. Players will be taught the proper way to push off their blades to get maximum speed. Other drills will include front and back crossovers, pivots, edges, quick turns, stops, and transitioning.
