At Sheila Rosanio School of Dance and Gymnastics, we pride ourselves on providing classes that promote health and fitness for our students of all ages. We help our participants to develop self-esteem, confidence, and respect for themselves and others. Our students range from the smallest tots to adults, and from teams that compete nationally to professional working dancers. We offer something for everyone! Our classes are designed to challenge all levels of dancers and gymnasts, from the absolute beginner to the experienced competitor. We strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where everyone can feel comfortable and have fun while learning. We make sure our participants get the most out of their time with us, and leave feeling more confident, energized, and proud of their accomplishments.
