About South Shore Head Start & Child in Plymouth, MA

At our center, we provide a Head Start and Early Head Start program for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and their families. These programs are free and open to those who qualify based on income level. Additionally, we offer subsidized and affordable childcare for those who do not qualify for the free programs. Our program is designed to create a strong bond between families, children, and staff, and our services are tailored to best meet each child's needs. We also work with local public schools to ensure a smooth transition into the school system for our students and their families.

BeAKid
Early Head Start

Early Head Start is designed for children 3 months to 3 years of age. We also provide pre-natal support for pregnant women who can enroll their child when they become age-eligible at 3 months old. Our Early Head Start program is available for income-eligible families at our Plymouth, Marshfield, and Wareham centers. We also offer home-based Early Head Start for families in Marshfield and Wareham.
