. At Big East Gymnastics, we offer an after-school program designed to stimulate knowledge and excitement about gymnastics. Through educational and fun themes, children will develop coordination skills, strength, flexibility and balance. They'll also be encouraged to take healthy risks while learning and having fun. Our program will also help kids develop their listening skills so they become eager to learn in the future. WE USE USA GYMNASTICS JUNIOR OLYMPIC LEVELS AS A GUIDE FOR OUR PROGRAM. Our program at Big East Gymnastics is based on the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic Levels. We believe this is the best way to help children learn about gymnastics. Our classes are designed to be educational and fun. Children will develop coordination, strength, flexibility and balance. They'll also learn how to take healthy risks while having fun. Additionally, we focus on developing listening skills to help kids become engaged and eager to learn.
