At River Wind Farm, riders benefit from the knowledge and expertise of experienced trainers. Carl and his team provide the personalized attention necessary to help each student reach their goals. Through individualized instruction and a focus on safety and horsemanship, students create a strong foundation for success in the show ring. River Wind Farm is a leading hunter/jumper program, offering exceptional instruction for riders of all ages and abilities. With over forty years of success on the show circuit and a team of professional riders, River Wind Farm has the know-how to help every student reach their goals. Trainers Carl Catani and his team provide individualized instruction with an emphasis on safety and horsemanship. This personalized attention creates a strong foundation for success in the show ring.

Lessons

At River Wind Farm, riders of all ages and abilities are welcome. Enjoy year-round exceptional instruction at a barn that emphasizes fun and safety. Private, semi-private and small group lessons are offered and dependable quality school horses are available for all levels. We also have a lease program for students interested in riding outside of lessons and showing at local shows, with a great selection of quality horses to suit each rider's needs.

Horse Shows

Horse shows at River Wind Farm are NEHC/MHC/MHJ/SEHA rated, offer a range of hunter and equitation classes from walk-trot through 3'3" Equitation medal qualifiers, and includes open warmup throughout the day at set heights.

Boarding & Training

Basic board includes daily stall cleaning and turnout, blanketing, hay, grain, supplements, and night check. Our barn manager coordinates all veterinarian, dentist, and farrier appointments. We also offer training rides by our professional riders and a la carte services including grooming, bathing, trims, body clipping, and tack-up service.
