Our Juniors Karate Program at Authentic Karate Training Center was specifically designed to target the stages of development of 4-6 year olds. This program engages children in physical activity and focuses on the development of the student’s gross and fine motor skills while learning the fundamentals of Okinawan Karate. The curriculum in this program is backed by years of research and development – proven effective for this age group.
