Now a black belt, Luiz Paulo continues to make waves in the jiu-jitsu world. He is the Brazilian National Champion, a two-time IBJJF World Championship medalist, and a two-time IBJJF Pan American Championship medalist. The journey to become one of the world’s top grapplers has been a long one for Luiz Paulo, and he’s done it with the help of his mentor and coach, Melqui Galvão.
