Kick Boxing
Our kickboxing class is a great cardio workout that will also help you improve your reflexes and learn basic punches, kicks, and techniques used in this style of fighting. A combination of boxing and karate, kickboxing can be used for a great workout, for self-defense, or as a sport. Muay Thai
The major concept of Muay Thai is mastering the eight sticking points of the human body, which is why Muay Thai is often referred to as "the art of the eight limbs." Fists, knees, elbows, and shins/feet are utilized for a variety of strikes combined with grappling while standing. The grappling allows Muay Thai practitioners to be very effective at close range, which is one of the primary reasons Thai boxing is a great foundation for mixed martial arts practitioners.
