Craig Lowe is a highly experienced karate master, having achieved the rank of 8th degree Black Belt. His Norwood studio has been providing classes to students since 2000, with the focus being on helping them to develop their self-confidence, self-defense and self-discipline skills, while also getting into great shape.
Now a black belt, Luiz Paulo continues to make waves in the jiu-jitsu world. He is the Brazilian National Champion, a two-time IBJJF World Championship medalist, and a two-time IBJJF Pan American Championship medalist. The journey to become one of the world’s top grapplers has been a long one for Luiz Paulo, and he’s done it with the help of his mentor and coach, Melqui Galvão. Through his Dream Art Project (Manaus branch), Luiz Paulo is inspiring the next generation of grapplers to pursue their dreams and achieve greatness.
