For sixty years, Camp Ramah in Palmer, Massachusetts has been providing inspiring summer experiences to children in grades two through ten. Situated on ninety acres of land, Camp Ramah features a lake at its center, a kosher kitchen and dining hall, an infirmary, a hotel-style guest house, a state-of-the-art education complex, and a brand-new gymnasium, theater, and fitness center. Recreational facilities include volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts, soccer fields, and softball diamonds, as well as an art studio, climbing wall, and fifty-foot high Alpine Tower. Camp Ramah is run by the Jewish Theological Seminary and serves as the camping arm of the Conservative Movement of Judaism. Two-week and four or eight-week sessions are available, and the Ramah experience integrates fun with meaningful content.
