At our Dojo, we understand the importance of building confidence through achievement. That’s why we create an environment that encourages positive relationships and fosters self-discipline, self-confidence and self-respect. We believe that these values are the cornerstone of a strong individual. Our Dojo combines traditional Karate with a modern approach, allowing us to create a unique learning experience. Our instructors are passionate about helping children build their skills and confidence, so they can reach their full potential. We take the time to ensure that each student’s goals are met with the highest quality instruction. Our Dojo is proud to offer an exciting and satisfying experience that will help children grow and reach new heights. We strive to create an environment where each child can feel safe, respected and supported as they work to build their confidence and Karate skills. We look forward to helping children discover the power within themselves to achieve their goals.

KID’S PROGRAM
We teach our students to be safe by using a common-sense approach to protection. This means understanding self-defense techniques, self-defense strategy, and conflict resolution techniques. We also teach body language concepts to our students that are designed to give your child a confident appearance that communicates, “I am a nice person”, and, importantly, “I am not a person that can be taken advantage of.”

ADULTS PROGRAM
The real value of our curriculum is that whatever is learned on the dojo floor can be directly applied to one’s life outside the karate school. Whether it is the self-confidence it takes to make a sales call, the focus to stay on task with a project, or the patience to deal with someone who may treat you rudely, the karate practitioner develops the skills to handle these situations as well as other life challenges in a positive manner!
