BeAKid
Infant/Toddler Programs

Enjoy scheduled family time while learning yoga (poses, breath work, and mindfulness) through books, songs, and games! We’ll jump, stomp, crawl, dance, breathe like balloons, and end class with a snuggly relaxation. Caregivers participate fully, no experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.

First Steps, Creative Movement Class (Ages 3-4)

A true beginner Ballet and Tap class with songs that can be song to encourage movement. A Dance Discovery Zone will be taught using props to stimulate and explore creativity. This class is designed to help children learn to take instruction from someone other than a parent or guardian.

Let's Dance! (Ages 5-7)

This is the next step in dance where coordination, musicality, flexibility and slightly more advanced dance concepts and movement are introduced in ballet and tap. Perfect for those who are 5 and have never danced before while still challenging enough for a beginner 7 year old.
