Owned and instructed by Amy Garner, the studio provides gymnastics instruction for athletes of all ages and interest. Whether you are just starting out or a seasoned athlete, the classes will help you learn the basics and hone your skills. Amy Garner, the owner and instructor at Gemini Gymnastics, LLC provides experienced and knowledgeable instruction for her students. Through her classes, she is dedicated to helping each student reach their highest potential. With her expertise and instruction, all athletes can gain the skills and confidence needed to pursue their gymnastics goals. Gemini Gymnastics, LLC is the perfect place for athletes of all ages and interest to explore the sport of gymnastics. Programs

The classes, camps and experiences this business offers.

Instructional – Coed

This is a one hour class working on basic skills for all events: vault, uneven parallel bars, single rail bars, balance beam, floor, tumble trak, and trampoline. Students are divided according to ability and progress. Students work on flexibility, strength, skill progression, team work, and positive attitude.

Kindernastics

This 45 minute class enables students to continue to work on basic movement skills, balance, and hand-eye coordination. Students at this level are introduced to the equipment used in gymnastics. Courses are set up with stations pertaining to each of the five events: vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline or tumble trak.

Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T)

This one hour class is designed for those students who want to concentrate solely on trampoline and power tumbling skills in the sport of gymnastics. Students will work on basic to advanced skills in each discipline.
