Child Martial Arts

For over 42 years, Villari's Martial Arts Centers has been teaching children the life-lessons of the martial arts in a safe & FUN environment! What's unique about Villari's martial arts curriculum is the amount of time spent developing important mental skills & character qualities that are essential in helping children achieve great success in all areas of life! Our teachers are specially trained to work with children ages 4 & up. We understand that teaching a four year old is different than teaching a ten year old and our classes reflect these differences.

S.T.O.R.M Program

The S.T.O.R.M. Program is defined as “Special Team Of Role Models”. Every student is training to become a leader, not just here at Villari’s but at home, at school, and in the community. Above all we train to become leaders of your own lives. S.T.O.R.M. members are the students that have been selected from group classes that have stood out as people who have a stronger presence in classes and can assist the instructors to help their fellow students work towards achieving their own goals.

Kardio Kickbox

Kardio Kickbox is high energy, explosive, exciting,and motivating; it’s the non-contact kickboxing workout with the kicks of the martial arts and the punches from boxing. Kardio Kickbox will give you the results you’ve always wanted, you will start to feel the benefits after the first class and as you keep exercising you will notice the difference all over! From shoulders to calves you will become lean & strong. You’ll tighten, tone, and firm your body while building a positive self-image, increasing your self-confidence, and reducing your stress level.
