    Rob's Guitar School is the perfect place for aspiring musicians in the Boston area, North Central Massachusetts, and Southern New Hampshire. At Rob's, they offer classes and private lessons for guitar, ukulele, bass guitar, and mandolin. They provide a welcoming and fun atmosphere for students ages 8 and up, and their programs are designed to help people not only get better at playing their instrument, but also to learn valuable life skills such as discipline, dedication, goal-setting, peer support, and encouragement. With two locations in Newton MA, and Groton MA and Zoom, they make it easy for students to learn to play the instrument of their choice.

    We offer a variety of class options year round for all ages and skill levels at both our Newton and Groton locations. We are proud to offer fun group classes for acoustic guitar, ukulele, bass guitar, mandolin, harmonica and electric guitar, Classes are grouped by age and skill level and are kept small so each student can get the individual attention they need.     This program has been designed and beta tested with you in mind. Not only will you develop the chops that you've always wanted, you will also develop a thorough knowledge of the fretboard and the ability to solo in any and all keys. You'll be able to solo using different modes. All of this will give you the tools necessary to develop your own personal style on the guitar.
