Our students have the opportunity to build relationships with their instructors and peers, while learning how music can be a catalyst for personal growth and exploration. We now offer two sites where students can learn and grow musically, and look forward to helping the next generation of musicians discover what inspires them.

Drums/percussion
Students learn rudiments, snare drum pieces, reading exercises, melodic percussion studies, improvisation, funk/rock/jazz/Latin studies as well as whatever music they student is interested in.

ZFDM SUMMER MUSIC CAMP
ZFDM’s Summer Music Camp provides a fun and exciting environment for young musicians to build on their foundation of music knowledge in a unique and fulfilling week-long exploration. All campers will be part of a Rock Band Ensemble that will perform at the end of the camp in our incredible new performance space!
BeAKid
Tannery Arts Camp
Tannery Arts Camp provides a fun, nurturing, creative environment where children can explore their interests and expand their creative expression. Featuring different lessons every day — from art, singing, and yoga to acting, drums, and dance — the camp week culminates in a final grand performance. All activities take place at the Tannery Marketplace in Newburyport and are hosted by Zach Field Drums & Music, Acting Out, The Artist Playground, Repose Yoga and The Dance Place at the Tannery.
