Dawn G03/23/20224Small but nice zoo! I'm hoping that all of these animals are rescues because I didn't do any research. I spent several years working with various exotic animals when I was younger. These creatures are kept in relatively decent enclosures, and it appears that they are properly cared for. It's a good spot, in my opinion, to take small kids to learn about animals.
Lovely W06/22/20225This place just blew me away! Despite having lived an hour away, I've never ever heard of this establishment. I couldn't be more pleased with my trip. The AZA certification of the zoo shows that all of the animals there appeared happy. At the elephant area, we met a volunteer who was extremely knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and incredibly passionate. She clearly cared, and I get the impression that this is a recurring trend throughout the zoo. Go! You won't regret purchasing the ticket, which costs about ten dollars.
Danny T06/16/20225Wonderfully calm and clean tiny zoo. It's also worth strolling in the nearby park. If you want a full day, I recommend combining it with another nearby activity since it only lasts for two to three hours (New Bedford Whaling museum, perhaps).
Ben O07/20/20224Small but very adorable zoo. Although what is present is excellent, there isn't much to see. Simple way to kill an hour or two, maybe a little longer.
Judy P06/22/20225Going to this zoo was so much fun. Although it's little, the creatures they have are amazing! The park is very well kept up to date by them.
