RNR Gymnastics

R&R Gymnastics offers competitive team gymnastics for both boys and girls from Pre-Team through Level 10, as well as XCel. Our Pre-Team Program is designed to provide your gymnast with the foundation to perform in competitive gymnastics. The focus will be on developing strength, flexibility, and reinforcing the proper body positions to perform complex gymnastics skills. By accomplishing this goal, most of the necessary skills for entry-level competition (currently level 3) will naturally fall into place. Building a strong foundation in the pre-team program provides your child with the opportunity to reach his or her maximum potential with the fewest setbacks along the way. The team program consists of levels 3-10. The first three levels are compulsory levels where everyone performs the same routines. Levels 6-10 are optional levels where everyone performs their own routines. Gymnasts must consistently and safely perform all of their required skills, unassisted, in order to compete at that level.

At R&R Gymnastics, our recreational program is designed to challenge students of all ages and abilities. We understand that children learn in a variety of ways and rates. We like to keep our classes full of fun-filled exercise. We have a small student:teacher ratio, which means no waiting in line for a turn. We use all of the apparatus that is involved in gymnastics, including vault, bars, beam, floor, trampoline, tumble track, and the foam pit. We believe that coordination and discipline are very important in a child's development. We have qualified instructors that encourage safety and self-confidence. It is important to learn, work hard and have fun in a healthy environment.

Gym Babies is an introductory class where parents come into the class with their child. Parental involvement provides the toddlers with a comfortable environment to learn and prepare for the transition to independent gymnastics classes. In this class, we teach creativity, movement and coordination. This class meets once weekly for half an hour. This is a co-ed class. ​ Tumbling Tots is for Pre-School aged children. It focuses on coordnation, self-confidence, and listening skills. We introduce the sport of gymnastics as well as body awaremess. We do this through use of obstacle courses, parachutes, hula-hoops and music to learn basic gymnastic skills within the context of play and fun education. The Tiny Tots class is co-ed with the exception of the accelerated Jumping Jacks class, which is girls only. The classes are 45 minutes and there are a variety of classes and times throughout the week with small teacher:student ratios.
