At EXPRESS Dance and Acrobatics, we are dedicated to providing quality instruction to our students. Founded in 2006 by experienced dance professionals and business professionals, EDA strives to offer the best in dance instruction, emphasizing the value and safety of our lessons. We are committed to meeting strict hiring requirements to guarantee our instructors are of the highest caliber. 

We believe that dance and acrobatics can be both educational and fun, and are dedicated to helping each child reach their full potential in both intellectual and physical development. Our EDA Competitive Dance Team has seen great success this season, earning many Overall Top High Score Awards and Entertainment and Choreography Awards at top-level talent competitions. Our RECREATIONAL CLASSES are fun, challenging, and a great way to meet new friends! 

Ranging from beginner to advanced levels, our classes are offered in almost all styles of dance. Our students may choose from multiple classes in various dance styles. They will learn discipline, leadership, and self-confidence—in a personal, friendly and healthy, but challenging environment.

Recreational Dance, Acro-Tumble & Cheer

The EXPRESS Dance & Acrobatics Dance Team is a Milford, MA based competitive dance team. Our coed team currently consists of over 150 members ranging from 4 to 19 years old. Our members hail from Milford, Mendon, Uxbridge, Hopedale, Hopkinton, Holliston, Upton, Bellingham, Blackstone, Franklin, Northbridge, Ashland and Millis.

Mommy & Me classes offer a great opportunity to get you and your baby out of the house to interact with other new moms. Playing with your baby is an important part of learning!
