    Welcome to our MOM & TOT program and the world of the 18 month – 2 1/2 year old. As the year unfolds, your tot will learn and grow a great deal – mentally, socially, emotionally, and physically. He or she will be constantly exploring and testing the environment to determine how things work. When learning NEW skills your child will practice things over and over again. Your support in these exciting areas will be both enjoyable and challenging – and the rewards are unlimited.

    INTERSTATE is an educational gym for a both recreational and competitive gymnasts. Our Class Program is designed for the Pre-School/Beginner to the Advanced gymnast, while our Competitive Program is part of USA Gymnastics, and by invitation only.

    DANCE

    We offer a structured program geared towards the recreational student as well as the more serious student who is interested in a career in dance and theatre. Students start at an appropriate level and advance on an individual basis according to their own achievements. This is all made possible in a professional atmosphere that is conducive to both discipline and individual development: proper training technique, art, expression, confidence, and a love of dance is instilled.

    XTREME NINJA

    INTERSTATE is proud to announce that we will be holding Xtreme Ninja classes. Boys and girls ages 6 & up will learn to complete a wide variety of obstacles, teaching life lessons in confidence, creativity, persistence and perseverance. They will learn to jump, climb and land safely. This program includes conditioning grip strength, upper and lower body strength as well as core strength. This is a great class to put all of their energy to good use.
