JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT
Held in a small group setting, the Junior Development program is designed for youth athletes with minimal or no experience with performance training. The goal of this program is to further enhance an athlete’s understanding of the basics of performance training while establishing a foundation for present and future competition. AGES 9-12

YOUTHLETES
Learn & discover flexibility, balance, coordination, and speed through fitness & cardio games. Our main goal is to help children develop an active and positive lifestyle. We also incorporate ninja warrior obstacle challenges & youth sports skills! ages 5-8
