About Arnold's Gymnastics Academy

At Arnold's Gymnastics Academy, we offer a variety of classes for children 18 months to 18 years old. Our certified instructors are passionate about providing a safe and fun environment for kids of all ages and abilities to learn the basics of gymnastics. Our facility is equipped with the latest gymnastics equipment and safety mats for a safe learning experience. In addition to providing gymnastics instruction, Arnold's Gymnastics Academy is proud to assist in raising funds for children's charities. We have hosted several charity events to help raise money for charities that support the needs of children. We believe that every child deserves a chance to have a happy, healthy life. We are committed to helping make this a reality.

Parent / Tot
Parent / Tot is offered to children 18 months to 3.5 years old. The parent will accompany their child into the gym for class. Different activities will be set up throuighout the gym for you to lead you child through. Activies focus on large and small motor skills, hand eye coordination, and body and spacial awareness. Instructor is there to aid you and your child through the various activities.

Preschool Ages 3-5
Our Preschool program is for children from 3 to 5 years old. They work on goal setting, hand-eye coordination, listening skills, large motor skills and fine motor skills, all in a gymnastics setting. They will also learn basic gymnastics skills and vocabulary. We use all four evernts, bars, beam, floor and vault, as well as tumble track in our instruction. Some of the skills your child will be working on will include handstands, cartwheels, forward rolls and backward rolls. A typical class format will look like this:

Kindergarten
Our Kindergarten program is for children from 5 and 6 years old. They work on goal setting, hand-eye coordination, listening skills, large motor skills and fine motor skills, all in a gymnastics setting. They will also learn basic gymnastics skills and vocabulary.
