About Stand Up 8 Dance Studio

Located in Malden, Massachusetts, our studio provides a wide selection of classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Acro, and Hip Hop. Our classes are available to both children and adults, so no matter your age, you can come and experience the joy of dance. We believe that learning dance is an important form of self-expression, and that it should be accessible to everyone. Our studio is a safe and encouraging environment, perfect for dancers of all skill levels to learn and grow. Our experienced and deeply passionate instructors strive to give each student the best possible experience, allowing them to reach their full potential. At Stand Up 8, we aim to foster a community of passionate dancers who can learn from each other and create lasting friendships. Tiny Tots (Ages 2-4)
Tiny Tots is a combination class for students ages 2 through 4. This class combines tap, hip hop, and ballet. Dancers will learn basic steps and combinations.

Juniors (Ages 7 and 8)
Juniors is a combination class for students ages 7 and 8. The class combines tap, hip hop, and ballet. Dancers will learn basic steps and combinations.

Hip Hop
This type of hip hop dance is what is seen in rap, R&B, and pop music videos and concerts. (This is our most popular style of dance offered at our studio)
