At LEO, we are dedicated to helping children and their families become self-sufficient and take the first steps towards success. We provide quality early education, care, and support for each child, while simultaneously connecting the adults in their lives to the resources they need to reach their own goals. Our two-generation approach is designed to help young children and their families flourish.

Head Start & Early Head Start
Head Start is the leading preschool program that prepares low-income children ages 3 to 5 for kindergarten. Early Head Start works in tandem, encompassing a family’s needs from pregnancy to age 3. LEO has four Head Start and Early Head Start centers in Lynn. Together, they provide a comprehensive program of birth-to-five care and preschool education that engages both children and the adults in their lives to be prepared for future success.
