The Little Dragons class will enhance development in a fun and motivating environment. It focuses on improving your child’s basic motor and listening skills, balance and coordination, conflict avoidance without fighting, sharing, independence, patience cooperation and most importantly, respect. Your child will learn how to, focus, work with others and follow directions all while having fun.

BeAKid
BEGINNERS
The Beginners class is designed for ages 5 to 6, which are crucial years in a child’s development. The students will learn basic punches, kicks, guard positions, sparring, submissions and take downs. This class focuses on building character; developing concentration and listening skills, learning respect for themselves as well as others, and improving self-esteem. Beginners will develop a more confident and positive outlook, which provides a strong building block for the school years ahead.

BeAKid
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED
The Intermediate/Advanced class focuses on improving the effectiveness of the student’s kicks, blocks, strikes, sparring and form while improving coordination, strength, balance and flexibility. The students will continue to work on skills learned in the Beginners class as well asdeveloping respect, responsibility, courtesy, perseverance and leadership skills while working toward earning each new belt.
