About My Gym Kingston

At My Gym, we understand how much joy parents experience when seeing their children reach milestones. Since our establishment, we have been creating a fun and physically engaging environment for children to learn. We have seen the excitement in children’s eyes from their first steps to tumbling down soft mats. Our goal has always been to foster a supportive environment where children’s self-esteem and confidence can grow and now, after 35 years, we are proud to say that children of all abilities can succeed and thrive.

Waddlers!
This program is so much fun for both parent and child as we work on beginning stretches and exercises, songs and dances, and balance and agility skills. Your little ones will have a blast discovering their natural abilities while our curriculum enhances their physical and cognitive growth.

Gymsters
At this age, toddlers’ abilities are evolving on a weekly basis, and our curriculum keeps these active little ones engaged and captivated! Running, jumping, and spatial awareness are milestones in this program. Of course, opportunities abound to teach lessons on peer play and taking turns. Above all else, we make sure your child’s self-esteem soars at My Gym! 🎉

Siblings
Emphasis is on sharing, taking turns, teamwork and building the relationship. The older of the two siblings has an excellent opportunity to participate within the "big brother" or "big sister" role that they love so much. Relays, puppets, gymnastics, games, swings and special rides are just a few of the activities performed in each and every class.
