Our mission is to celebrate the lifesaving spirit of Skills, Courage, and Caring, and to instill the relevance of our history to our constituents' daily lives. Since 1978, we have been teaching our community about our maritime heritage and providing life-changing and sometimes life-saving youth development experiences. Our team is dedicated to providing our participants with the opportunity to draw the best from themselves by combining social services and experiential education with historical preservation and interpretation.
