About Rise Above Basketball in Hingham, MA
Rise Above Basketball was created to give young athletes the chance to take their basketball skills to the next level. This program, located in South Shore, MA, is a basketball enrichment program designed to provide professional coaching to help athletes enhance their basketball knowledge and skills. RAB focuses on teaching the fundamentals of basketball while also keeping up with the fast pace of modern play. With this program, aspiring athletes can gain the competitive edge they need to excel on the court.

BeAKid
YOUTH BOYS
Rise Above Basketball places a MAJOR emphasis on the development of our youth level program. RAB was started with a single 3rd Grade team with the approach of fundamentally teaching, challenging & guiding players at a young age. With much dedication and commitment from our coaching staff, RAB has established ourselves as one of the premier boys programs on the youth level in New England. The boys program offers teams from grades 3rd-Varsity.

YOUTH GIRLS
Rise Above Basketball will be offering Youth Teams from grades 4th-8th. Directed by Whitman-Hanson Regional High School Varsity Girls Head Coach Michael Costa , the girls program will be placing a MAJOR focus on the development at our youth level. At the youth level, the emphasis is centered around skill development and the fundamentals of basketball.

HIGH SCHOOL
When it comes to the high school level of the program, Rise Above Basketball’s primary focus is on developing and preparing our athletes for college and getting exposure by competing in some of the best tournaments around the country. Through intense practice sessions, our coaching staff of former collegiate basketball players are dedicated to training our athletes for the next level of competition. In addition, a major focus at the high school level will also be driven toward advising with the recruitment process and college placement.
