About Camp Lion Knoll

At Girls Club, we recognize the unique value that a camping experience can bring to a child's growth and development. Established in 1958, our forty-acre camp in Leyden, Massachusetts, features open fields and pine forests that provide the perfect backdrop for a summer of fun and friendship. Our facilities include a swimming area, a large dining hall with attached kitchen, a craft room pavilion, a nature cabin, and a bathhouse. Camp Lion Knoll provides children aged four and a half to twelve with an opportunity to gain valuable new skills, interests, and friendships. Our activities range from swimming, theatre, music, arts and crafts, to nature and special events, giving kids a chance to explore the outdoors and build a healthy respect for the environment. After School Program
This after-school program is designed to provide dependable after school programming in a stimulating, supportive environment for children six to twelve years old. This program is in session full days whenever Greenfield Public Schools are closed and is licensed by the Department of Early Education for 26 children. It is accredited by the NAEYC (the National Association for the Education of Young Children). Snack is served daily, breakfast and lunch during full and/or half days.
