Welcome to Preschool!
We help make class rules - and sometimes follow them! We are discovering that there is a correct way to hold a pencil, a crayon, a paintbrush, and even scissors. We are learning that being a buddy means sharing a special toy, a giggle and always having a hand to hold. We are beginning to discover the world is bigger than we have ever thought! We have found that blocks take on new meanings as we build skyscrapers, castles, and moats- they call it engineering, and we call it fun!

Moving Up to Pre II!
And we thought we aced preschool....our adventures begin We have now mastered the spelling of our names - even kids with long names! We have learned that there are lots more numbers after 10 We are making our own choices -math, science, art, history- all of the places we will go...We are masters of graphing from food groups to kids with yellow houses We are authors as we create our own classroom adventure journals We are artists moving from finger paints to clay sculptures of dinosaurs and beyond We are discovering ourselves with a little help from our friends!

Now We're the Big Kids!
We can read our level 1 and level 2 books - with maybe a little help We can write our journals - full of our thoughts, dreams, and adventures We can blow up an occasional volcano in the classroom - and then clean up the mess We can venture to the big yellow bus on our field trips - visiting with giraffes, perfecting our mini golf skills and picking a perfect apple We can develop our science skills as we grow our tomatoes and cucumbers outside - YUM
